Welcome, and thank you for being here. These terms govern your use of the ATypicalFamily website and your purchase of our products. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to them.

1. Who we are. This store is operated by Atypical Family LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Colorado limited liability company.

2. What you're buying. Our products are digital downloads — educational and advocacy tools for parents of neurodivergent children. When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own family's use.

3. What you may not do. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly post our files or their contents. You may not reproduce them for commercial use. The guides, scripts, designs, framework (including the 3T Method), and all site content are the intellectual property of Atypical Family LLC and are protected by copyright.

4. These are tools, not professional advice. Our products and content are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, medical, psychological, or special-education advice, and they do not create any professional or advisory relationship. Every child and situation is different. Always consult qualified professionals — attorneys, clinicians, physicians, or your school district — for advice specific to your child. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

5. Affiliate links. Some of our kits and content include Amazon and other affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we believe in.

6. Email and marketing. If you sign up for our list or opt in at checkout, you consent to receive email from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

7. Pricing and payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify; we don't store your card details.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atypical Family LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here.
