Refund policy
Digital products — please read before you buy.
Everything in this shop is an instant digital download (guides, kits, scripts, and workshops). Because these are delivered to you immediately and can't be returned like a physical item, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
That said — we're here for you. If something goes wrong, email us at renee@1atypicalfam.com within 7 days of your purchase and we'll make it right. That includes:
- A file that won't download, is corrupted, or won't open
- Being charged twice, or charged the wrong amount
- Accidentally buying the wrong product
We'll re-send the file, fix the charge, swap the product, or issue a refund where appropriate. What we can't refund is a change of mind after you've already downloaded the guide.
Free products (like the Neurodivergent Parents Glossary) carry no charge and no refund.
